Enter the Sour Supreme mixed with diced cucumber, dill and garlic. It was cool, tangy and a perfect accompaniment to the patties. I plan on enjoying these delish leftovers wrapped up in pita or tortillas for the week. Yum yum.

Thank you for this! I love falafel, but I am terrible at frying things. I have heard that you can grease the baking pan with olive oil and drizzle the tops with oil too when you bake them. I need to try this again. We used to have a fabulous Lebanese deli nearby, but now there is no place to buy good falafel, so I need to make it myself.
falafel is the best
Oooh yum, looks like the perfect meal, hockey puck or no!
