Saturday's Lunch Chickpea Salad with veggie dippers.


Sunday's Dinner Beer Battered Tofish w/ batter fried potato and onion. Another of Quintess' excellent recipes. She even included a mayo and tartar sauce recipes!

Not yet Alice, but as soon as the book is available or Quintess gives the ok I will let you know!

I have about 10 slices in my fridge that I dont know what to do with. haha Its really too much deep fried goodness for me!

Tofish? I love that name! It looks really good, just like fried fish should be!
